THE ACADEMY OF COMMUNITY THEATRE (ACT II) 2026-2027 Season

The Academy of Community Theatre (ACT II) is proud to present two productions for the upcoming 2026-2027 school year. Anastasia the Musical – Youth Edition will be coming to the Ent Center for the Arts, November 12-16, 2026, followed by Seussical (Theatre for Young Audiences) in April 2027.

SCHOOL GROUP TICKETS: Anastasia the Musical (Youth Edition)

Embark on an unforgettable journey of adventure, mystery, and self-discovery with Anastasia: The Musical – Youth Edition. Inspired by the beloved animated film and the acclaimed Broadway production, this enchanting musical follows a brave young woman named Anya as she sets out to uncover the truth about her past and discover where she truly belongs.

Filled with soaring music, captivating characters, and themes of courage, hope, and resilience, Anastasia transports audiences from the twilight of Imperial Russia to the excitement of Paris in the 1920s. Along the way, students and families will experience a heartwarming story that celebrates the importance of identity, friendship, and believing in the possibilities of the future.

Tickets: School group tickets start at $12 per person, depending on your group size.

Homeschool Groups: Tickets are $14.50 per person with a minimum of 25 seats. All attendees must be at least 5 years old. For our school shows, we’re not able to accommodate children under 5, toddlers, or babies.

SCHOOL GROUP TICKETS: Seussical (Theatre for Young Audiences)

Seussical – TYA is a whirlwind musical adventure that plunges audiences into the whimsical world of Dr. Seuss. Narrated by the mischievous Cat in the Hat, the story follows Horton the Elephant as he protects the microscopic Whos and guards an abandoned egg. It’s a high-energy, heartwarming celebration of imagination and friendship.

The vibrant score by Tony winners Lynn Ahrens and Stephen Flaherty brings all your favorite Seuss characters to life. You’ll journey from the Jungle of Nool to the invisible world of Whoville, proving that “a person’s a person, no matter how small.”
